Pereira, Colombia – Band of delinquents using scopolmine to subdue their victims

The authorities are moving in the investigations to ascertain the whereabouts of the members of this band that uses this substance to subdue victims and steal their belongings.
An organized network that uses scopolamine as a method to subdue their victims so that they could dock, would be responsible for several thefts in recent days in Pereira. This was stated by Secretary of Citizen Security and Violence Prevention of the Secretariat of Government, Hector Dario Gallego to ensure that the authorities have targeted several of these subjects, however investigations are continuing ahead to ultimately achieve their prosecution.
