Through complaints in prosecution, related to alleged crimes of extortion, same as you can see one embodiment, in response to complaints placed by different victims themselves who have been subjected to threats and intimidation in which they request to be deposited via WESTERN UNION a certain amount of money to people female refer to not publish a video in which the victim appears naked.
Description of modus operandi: object / device / method of concealment / procedure
Since January, have received a total of 34 complaints, the same as after the analysis has been established that correspond to the same Modus Operandi, same goes as follows: “A female person , begins an interaction with the victim (male person) by using social networks, whether Facebook or Skype, in these circumstances and being within friendships in these networks, begin to relate through various chats, same that emphasize to interact via video on the social network SKYPE, if accepted this request in said video the girl was stripped of his clothes and starts to masturbate, proposing the victim to do the same, all this is recorded by the person unknown female, to cut back videoconferencing; from now start messages extorsive character, which state that the victim has been videotaped, and must pay/cancel different amounts of money through WESTERN UNION country IVORY COAST, not to publish videos on the this naked person appears in different social networks. The titles with the videos posted on Youtube and post on Facebook are “MASTURBATES ADULT IN FRONT OF A GIRL OF 09 YEARS IN SKYPE”.
Several subsequent victims to engage in conversation via chat and interact with Skype, they are requested deposits of different amounts of money by Western Union, the country of Ivory Coast, zip code 00225, with the following names:
