Costa Rica: Workers allege Coca Cola of harassment, anti-union persecution practices

elpais.cr reported two workers of the transnational Coca-Cola reported the company to the Labour Court of San José for harassment and anti-union persecution. The Labour Court of the Second Circuit Court of San José, gives course to the demand for labour against the Coca Cola company, filed by the trade unionist Róger Lanzoni Mora and by Manuel Jiménez Cascante, “after being forced (the first) to give up his post, because the trade union persecution unleashed by the company”, denounced the Trade Union Union of public workers and private (Untrasepp).
