Mexico: Three tourist scuba divers drown cenote Chac Mool

Three divers foreign nationals died in the cenote Chac Mool, located in an area very close to Puerto Aventuras.

A couple native to Brazil and his guide, a Spanish diver, have entered the cenote near four in the afternoon of Thursday, and about nine o’clock at night, two of his companions they told authorities they had lost contact with them.

To place elements came the Municipal Civil Protection and local residents to search that culminated this morning with the discovery of three bodies. Read Article
