Colombia, Paramillo Natural Park has a wealth of biodiversity but victim of deforestation

Deforestation affects the stability of soils, water quality, fish kills by catastrophic events such as avalanches and greatly diminishes the ability of the surface to control its own climate and chemical composition.The issue is currently living the Paramillo Natural Park, where the 460 000 hectares of forest that has this natural reserve, about 80 000 equivalent to the territory affected due to the indiscriminate felling of forests.
