5 Police Officers Die in a Plane Crash, Colombia

•At 2:30 p.m. yesterday, 5 police officers died in a plane crash near Los Galgos Airport in Ituango, Antioquia, Colombia per eltiempo.com.
•One theory for the accident which left 5 dead and 1 injured is that the aircraft did not take off with enough speed and thus crashed after 200 meters.
•Some country people saw the plane become tangled with electrical cables, which were near the take off track.
•The officers who died were Captain Rafael David Espinosa Sánchez, Lieutenant Jhon Henry Vásquez Henao, Quartermaster Arnoide Vargas Núñez and patrol officers Julián David Guzmán Noreña e Ivá Fernando Rodríguez Pérez.
•The surviving officer sub-lieutenant Robinson Carabalí was transported to a hospital for treatment. Read Article
