21 percent of Chileans prefer to have salary lowered in place of being laid off

Nacion.cl reported that 21% of Chilean workers who are willing to reduce the salary instead of losing their jobs, which outperforms countries such as India (76%), Spain (62%), and Italy (58%), reported quarterly ranking prepared by the international consultant HR, Randstad. According to the study, these figures relate “to the financial problems that the person seen in the company where you work and if you see that they justify sacrifice part of their incomes to keep the labor pool.” Read Article
