World court judges say Costa Rica and Honduras cannot get involved in Caribbean border dispute

THE HAGUE, Netherlands — The International Court of Justice refused Wednesday to let either Costa Rica or Honduras intervene in a legal dispute about Nicaragua and Colombia’s maritime border in the Caribbean. Costa Rica applied to join the case last year, saying the area of Caribbean under dispute between Nicaragua and Colombia also covered part of its maritime territory. Read Article
