Unsafe Buses Transporting Children to School, Colombia

A video posted by elespectador.com reports that the Colombian police have discovered buses that change their license plates in order to be authorized to transport children, buses without seat belts, and among other infractions, vehicles with broken taillights. So far in 2011, 109 accidents have occurred resulting in 16 children dead and 170 injured in school transport. Read Article
