•Rcnradio.com reports that in the southeast of Antioquia, Colombia, a 16 year old who had an argument with the girl’s father started randomly shooting leaving the 3-year-old girl dead and her mother seriously wounded.
•The authorities are seeking the culprit who fled the scene.
