This is Esteban Peña Aviles 30 years of age and Román Martín Salgado, 36, who worked as Teloloapan Township police, the former lived in the San Andres and the other in Colonia Emiliano Zapata. The other victim was identified is the driver Bernardo Bahena Garcia 27-year-old, who lived in the colony Ruben Figueroa, Teloloapan. The finding of this violent incident occurred on March 18 near Teloloapan Trail, in the heart of town, where they left ten human heads. After reporting this, the area was besieged by police and elements of the Mexican Army soldiers who corroborated the presence of the ten human heads, seven people were male and three females.
