Telesur broadcasting in Ecuador on open signal

International channel Telesur, which Ecuador is a member since 2007, opened its signal on Monday to Quito and Guayaquil port (southwest), said the secretary (minister) Communication Ecuador, Fernando Alvarado. “We will give you the ability to Telesur” that transmits “open signal”, the official said in remarks released by the government’s digital newspaper. “Gradually everything will be in Ecuador,” he added.
