Teacher and two companions murdered in Guerrero, Mexico
A teacher and two men were shot in the mountains of southern Mexican state of Guerrero, where hundreds of teachers have complained that they are victims of extortion by groups criminals and refuse to attend public schools in that state. The Ministry of Public Security reported today on its website yesterday received a report of an ambush against personnel of the National Council for Educational Development (Conafe) on a rural road in the municipality Heliodoro Castillo.
