State of Emergency Convención, department of Cusco after kidnapping of Skansa employees

The Executive decided to declare a state of emergency for sixty calendar days from April 11 Echarate district, province of La Convención, department of Cusco.

The move came after the kidnapping of 40 workers of the company Skansa by terrorists on Monday in the area of ​​Cusco.

According to the decree, the terrorists have shown that the population will return to the Town Centre under Kepashiato, Echarate district, to collect explosive material stored in the Municipality.
