Spanish Guardia Civil Breaks Up Band Trafficking Narcotics from Colombia to Europe

•The operation that the Spanish Guardia Civil started in October allowed them to capture 1,000 kilos of cocaine and 22 members of the illegal band responsible for the transfer of narcotics including cocaine from Colombia as reported by diariosigloxxi.com.
•The Guardia Civil received information about the transport of Colombian cocaine to Belgium dissolved in containers of palm oil.
•The 13 metric tons of palm oil were tracked by the Guardia Civil with the police of Belgium, Germany, Austria, Croatia, Serbia, Macedonia, and Albania as the palm oil moved through these countries.
•Different branches of the organization were also responsible for the trafficking of hashish and marijuana.
•The group has connections with cartels in Colombia, Morocco, Holand, and Italy. Read Article
