Report: By 2015 Latin America to be most important market for Spanish companies

According to the Report V IE Business School “2012: An Overview of Spanish Investment in Latin America”, it is concluded that about 50% of companies surveyed believe that in 2015 the weight of their companies in the region will overtake the Spanish market. However, for this year’s optimism declines as the majority view is that Spanish companies are present in A. America expect to maintain its investment activity in the region compared to previous years that the main trend was to increase presence. Furthermore, according to the report, nearly 70% of Spanish companies say the global financial crisis will adversely affect the region, in contrast with 92% of companies stating that collateral would affect only the last year.
