Red Alert for Hudson Volcano, Chile

The Chilean government declared a red alert yesterday by the eruption of water vapor in the Hudson volcano in the south of the country, a phenomenon that experts take as a sign of a major eruption. Volcanic activity, accompanied by about 100 earthquakes of low intensity, and forced the evacuation of hundreds of residents of Erasmus Bay, Bahia and Rio Huemules Explorers, bordering the massif.
