RED ALERT COLOMBIA: Amazon River flooding in Puerto Nariño

Colombia: Alvaro Sarmiento, director of Civil Defense in the Amazon, told National Radio that since the flooding of the Amazon River reached a height of 13, 10 meters it was decided to declare red alert in the city and evacuated several families who were settled on the headwaters of the tributary.
