Quito Ecuador: Woman detained for selling fake vehicle passes for restricted areas during Pope’s visit

Elcomercio.com reported Police arrested a woman past noon on Sunday July 5, 2015, in northern Quito. The reason: she is investigated for allegedly illegal marketed safe conduct(passes) authorizing the movement of vehicles in restricted during the visit of Pope Francisco in Quito areas.
