Quito, Ecuador: 2 Bodies Found, 1 Tortured

Yesterday, Wednesday June 15th, the families of Nelson Ch., who disappeared Friday, were performing a search of the forest in El Troje along Av. Simon Bolivar in the south of Quito, reports ElComercio.com During the search they found a naked corpse, beheaded and without limbs or head. Police were called. Beside the corpse, police say there were three black bags. The criminology lab and the police medical unit found the head and upper extremities in the bags. The lower extremities have not been found. The police say that the victim was a female between 20 and 25 with dyed red hair. About 200 meters from the body another body was found. It was identified by family as that of Nelson Ch. and had no signs of torture. An investigation is ongoing.Read Article
