Puebla Mexico: warrants issued for kidnapping gang

The Attorney General of Justice (PGJ) reports that investigating officers of the Directorate General of Care for High Impact Crime (DGADAI), through various measures succeeded in obtaining from the judicial authority two arrest warrants against a gang of suspected kidnappers. Also, through an operation were arrested in the last hours, two more members of the criminal group.

Last month it announced the implementation of the arrest warrant against Emma Ramirez Martinez, age 26, Fernando Luna Juarez, aka “Nate”, 36 years old, Isaiah Andres Rodriguez Flores, alias ” The Snowman “, 37 years old and Rodolfo Morales Feliciano, aka” Rodo “, 34 years old, because their roots were obtained after several tests with the Public Ministry DGADAI documented his alleged involvement in three kidnappings in the months of October and December 2011 and January 2012 respectively.
