Puebla Mexico: warrants issued for kidnapping gang

The Attorney General of Justice (PGJ) reports that investigating officers of the Directorate General of Care for High Impact Crime (DGADAI), through various measures succeeded in obtaining from the judicial authority two arrest warrants against a gang of suspected kidnappers.
