Peru, Anti-drug police may suspend efforts to capture two terrorists

The head of the Police Anti-Drug Directorate (Dirandro), Dario Hurtado Cárdenas, would be to order the cessation of intelligence operations carried out from 2007 to capture the terrorist leaders Florindo Flores Hala ‘Artemio’ (which operates in the Alto Huallaga ) and Victor Quispe Palomino “Jose” (which is in the valley of the Apurimac and Ene rivers ), and their top lieutenants.
