Paraguay, Argentina: Lions and tigers without visas moved to Paraguay Zoo

A Paraguayan prosecutor ordered the transfer to Assumption of 16 tigers and lions from a circus that were retained in a border with Argentina over irregularities in the documentation, reported a source in the Prosecutor. The prosecutor Jose Luis Casaccia, former Minister of the Ministry of Environment (SEAM), ordered the transfer of the animals to the Zoo and Botanical Garden of the Paraguayan capital from the border post of Puerto Falcón, 60 km north of the capital and adjoining the city of Clorinda Argentina.
