Nuevo Laredo, Mexico: Man beheaded for reporting against crime on social networks

A man who allegedly used the Internet to make complaints against organized crime was found beheaded today, handcuffed and with signs of torture in the Mexican city of Nuevo Laredo, police said.This is the fourth person who is murdered in this city bordering Texas (United States) to use online social networks to denounce the activities of criminal organizations.
