Nicaragua states no presence of Colombian vessels in waters awarded to Nicaragua by ICJ

Army chief of Nicaragua, General Julio Cesar Aviles, said Tuesday that Nicaraguan Guard remain in the maritime awarded by the International Court of Justice (ICJ) to their country, without any presence of Colombian frigates. “We are at the limits that the ICJ has assigned us. We sailed east of longitude 82 and cays Quitasueño, Serrana and the southern part of San Andrés,” said Aviles told reporters after a ceremony in honor of the soldier of the country. Read Article
