Morelos Mexico: Increase in number of assaults, robberies by pirate taxis

Leaders confirmed that transport has increased the number of users who are assaulted by illegal cab drivers. Dealers without fixed route public transportation (taxi) alerted the public on criminals posing as drivers to rob people and let them run in remote areas.
