Mobile phones, laptops major theft items in Quito, Ecuador

Last September, the Metropolitan Council of Quito in the middle received the Minister for Coordination of Internal Security and the Interior, Homero Arellano and Jose Serrano, respectively, to explain that the main concerns on the issue of security are: the escalation of violence in the commission of the robbery at home, the appearance of unusual crimes (killings and organized crime), the increased sale of drugs in certain neighborhoods and widespread theft of mobile phones and laptops to youth.
