On April 8, 2013, G1 reported that the local Child and Protective Services Delegation (DPCA) in Rio de Janeiro has arrested a young suspect connected to a recent sexual assault case in the city.  Police had been searching for him since the incident.  He was found in a shelter in the center of the city.  The boy is accused of participating in the kidnapping and rape of the woman.  The suspects, now three adults and one minor, will face charges of rape and robbery.  If convicted, the robbery charges could be increased because they used a tire iron to beat the male victim, they attacked together, and they deprived the couple of their liberties.  Read Article
