Everything happens on a road in Aguascalientes, when a traffic officer, which is not enough to distinguish whether municipal or state, but bears the insignia “protect and serve”, a foreign driver arrested for allegedly committing three offenses: Circular one day that does not belong, do not carry your car checked and have double vehicle registration.
