Mexico: Suspect from San Diego U.S. detained in Tijuana for trafficking boys for prostitution

Mexico: On June 23rd agents of the State Ministeral Police apprehended two men that were involved in an online human organization trafficking boys. The suspects would recruit boys offering them monetary rewards but then later would relocate them and sell their services via the internet. Much of this activity was done from a blog named bordervatos (disabled) The organizaziton also produced and distributed pornographic videos. The primary suspect is Marck Rivera Garcia listed as being from San Diego in the United States.
