Mexico: modernization of border with Belize will streamline trade

Deriving the Customs Modernization Plan 2007-2012, announced the construction of new facilities at the border crossing Lieutenant Lopez II “Chactemal”., In order to have more space for development and facilitation of foreign trade operations with Belize. According to Customs of Mexico, crossing now has two import modules, two more for export, three positions to review bus, two lanes for review with the System of Supervision and Control Vehicle (Siave) and four positions for review light vehicles.
