Mexico, minor detained for 40 false calls to emergency number in Chihuahua

One child under 17 years old was arrested by members of the Municipal Public Security Bureau of Chihuahua, to be likely responsible for making a total of 40 calls to the Emergency Care Center, transfers generating unit preventive vain; tried to flee to be surprised.
