Mexico: Human Trafficking Now a Felony

The Standing Committee of Congress in Mexico has approved constitutional reform that will make human trafficking a felony nationwide, El Informador reports. More than 20 state congresses approved the measure before it was taken before the Standing Committee, which makes decisions while Congress is in recess.
