Mexico: Costa Maya Quintana Roo evacuate 1000 with impending hurricane

With the approach of the hurricane “Ernesto” to the lower coast of Quintana Roo, nearly a thousand tourists were evacuated because of the beach resorts of the area known as Costa Maya, located south of the state and characterized by having hotels very low density and accommodate nature lovers and conservation.
The State Council of Civil Protection of Quintana Roo, chaired by the Governor of the state, Robert Borge, decided to draw tourists to leave the destination of Costa Maya. Read Article
