Mexico City, Mexico: Police Rescue 18 Trafficking Victims, Detain 4 Suspects

On August 23, 2013 Excelsior Noticias reported the arrest of four suspects accused of sex trafficking in the Iztapalapa and Cuauhtémoc neighborhoods of Mexico City. The suspects were identified as Carlos Murrieta Argüelles, Alfredo Delgado Arteaga, Julio César Aguilar Delgado and Raúl Flores Castro. During the operation, police also rescued 18 women aged between 25 and 40 years old, all of whom are Mexican nationals. Read Article
