Mexican officials report 47,000 deaths associated with criminal organizations since 2006

EMOL.com reported, according to Mexican government official’s data released January 11, 2012 indicates more than 47,000 deaths were associated with criminal organization groups in Mexico since 2006. The total number of deaths represented an increase of 11% since 2006, which ultimately gave birth to an outstanding 47,515 deaths.From January through September of 2011 more than 12,000 individuals were killed in which Mexican authorities connect to organized crime groups. According to the information available from the total murders committed this past year, 10,200 were executions were committed by criminal organizations, 1,652 resulted in confrontational clashes between authorities and criminal groups, while 740 resulted of pure aggression and 311 by conflicting engagements between criminal organizations.
