Mexican drug cartels increasing presence in United States

An extensive review of cases before the courts and government agencies information, interviews with senior officials of security agencies indicates that the cartels have begun to deploy trusted agents in at least nine non-border states, even in class suburbs middle-western states of central, southern and northeast.
