Man from U.S. pleads guilty to illicit sexual conduct with minors in Ecuador

According to the Washington Post/AP Kenneth R. McVicker III pleaded guilty in Federal Court(Oregon) for engaging in illicit sexual conduct with minors. Federal prosecutors charged he molested at least eight boys between the ages of 5 and 12. The children were abused and photographed. The pictures were distributed. Ecuadorian authorities found hundreds of thousands of images of child sex abuse on McVicker’s computer. The defendant was sentenced to 30 years in prison.
