EMILIOPALACIO.COM REPORTED On October 7, 2014, a deceased dog (Siberian Husky) was placed at the home of social media independent citizen journalist, Bolivar Loján. The dog apparently had been killed with a knife that was still positioned in the heart to the Siberian. Mr. Lojan (aka Cuy del Valle) is a well known critic of mayor José Bolívar Castillo who is a strong political ally of President Rafael Correa.
