Lawyer for imprisoned U.S. contractor in Cuba accused Havana of violating privacy of detainee

The lawyer of U.S. contractor Alan Gross, imprisoned in Cuba since 2009, on Wednesday accused Havana of “violating the privacy” of the detainee by publishing your medical history and reiterated its demand for an independent review. “Gross did not authorize the release of medical records and this statement is a violation of your privacy, sad fact that no patient should expect from your doctor,” said the lawyer, Jared Genser, said in a statement.
