Expreso.ec reported that their is a tendency of firms to hire workers depending on the age that these have is, for many lawyers, employment discrimination principle not yet achieved level eradicate Latin America. The difficulty that some people have to get a place of employment that do not meet the age requirement is the most influential factor on the issue of labor market exclusion in the region, although some countries have begun to legislate “remains insufficient since it is very difficult to control the protection of persons in their access to employment, “said Fernando Bolaños, relator general of the International Society of Labour Law.
