Interpol sweeps Latin America with 194 arrested for illegal logging

The organization Interpol announced Tuesday the arrest of 194 people in 12 Latin American operation against illegal logging, which was seized the equivalent of 2,000 truck loads, whose price had hovered around $ 8 million. This is the first large-scale international operation against such crimes, Interpol said in a statement in which he said that this has taken place in Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Guatemala, Honduras, Paraguay, Peru, Dominican Republic and Venezuela.
