Illegal mining continues to be serious issue for Peru

The numbers generated by the illegal mining in our country are worrying. According to data from the National Society of Mining, Petroleum and Energy, this illegal activity moves every year about U.S. $ 2,000 million, the tax evasion to the tax amounts to about $ 600 million and “used” to more than 450,000 people.
