Honduras: Dengue cases trending down, remain vigilant in protection

latribuna.hn reported that the director of surveillance of health, Bredy Lara, reported statistics reflect a reduction of 53 percent of the cases of dengue in week 46, in comparison to the number 31, when registered the most.
The population keep preventive measures to counter the incidence of dengue fever. “We are seeing the trend of cases of dengue continues to decline and this week there have been 58 municipalities with cases of dengue, with 832 cases that make a decrease of 53 per cent and in a range of 10 per cent week-by-week,” he explained.
