Hearings begin at Hague regarding Peru, Chile border

Peru’s Foreign Minister Rafael Roncagliolo, recalled today that Peru tried to negotiate with Chile since the eighties before resorting to the International Court of Justice in The Hague (ICJ) court to establish that the maritime boundary between the two countries.
