Head of Guayas Province asks government to declare state of emergency, situation dire

The prefect said that Gauteng Jairala Jimmy asked the government to declare a state of emergency in the province “to establish the emergency and get the resources to cope with the ravages of winter.” “The alerts are declared on serve to organize evacuation shelters or have ready, but not to access resources,” said Jairala.
