Haitians shipwrecked off of Cuba of Haitians, at least 38 dead

According to Cuban state television, the wreck occurred on the east coast. They managed to rescue 87 people. According to a note released by the National Headquarters of Civil Defense of Cuba, border guards on the island found the wreckage on Saturday about 100 meters east of Punta Maisi, at the end of the eastern province of Guantanamo. The search and rescue efforts of the Cuban forces have allowed so far found 38 bodies of 21 men and 17 women. Read Article
