Guatemalan Consul Tapachula Mexico, corruption needs to be dealt with southern border

Tapachula Chiapas. – The Consul of Guatemala in Tapachula, Francisco Armando Moreno said that in order to switch to the southern border, rather than proposals, family integration must exist, because there are principles that leave people and prevent misconduct and offenses in the future.
