Guatemala: Alba-Kenneth Alert System for abducted, missing children being misused

According Survivors alert was created to save the lives of children who have been taken by different strangers who have custody or care with the intent to harm, but the law has been “distorted” as it is being used to custody issues when the parent takes the child which does not merit activate the Alba-Kenneth, it is known where the child is.
