Four to Five cases of sexual assault reported daily, Arequipa Peru

Last year, 1168 people passed legal exams for alleged attacks on the honor. According to police, after Lima, the White City tops the list of sexual insults.
The White City (Arequipa) is considered by the Police as the second city in the country after Lima, where most number of violations. So far this year, about 450 are the outrages that were reported to the Public Ministry. The situation is alarming because the number of cases is increasing annually by 15%. Last year, 1.168 people were taken to the Forensic Medicine Institute of Arequipa, being alleged victims of sexual abuse. Currently recorded between 4 and 5 cases of violation per day. Read Article
